These people will effectively double as a tour guide and will probably know more about the various attractions than you do. If you let them do the talking, then this will allow you to spend more time with your visitors rather than having to concentrate on what you're doing.
Planning It All out
Start planning this adventure by choosing your general route and the hotels along the way. If you plot it all out carefully, you will be able to introduce all your visitors to the best that your region has to offer. Then, you can all sit back over an evening meal to discuss the preceding day.

Make sure that you work with a bus transportation company with experience in this area and with competent and knowledgeable drivers on the payroll. In turn, they will help you to plan the entire project so that everything works out perfectly in the end.
